1. Hi, I'm prototyping a tool that latches on a guitar, it has a few holes, 3 M4 threaded holes and a bottom lid. It's already modeled and I'm creating prototypes through my 3d printed.

2. The things I'm eager to know are: - what is the minimum quantity order? (I predict a 30-200 units per month, box with lid on is about 6x6x2.5cm and weights 24g printed in ABS plastic)?

3. How much is the cost for unit and for creating the mold? (I would like to know both aluminum and plastic costs)?

4. Can you create the same object in different colors and materials? (I would probably need to order different colors and maybe an aluminum variation at the same time)?

5. Can you print in electromagnetic shielded plastic or apply an internal coating for that? - I created the 3d model with Cinema4D (which is not an engineering program) therefore I cannot export in the file types you mention below, but I can export in obj and stl. Would that be a problem? 

6. And last, how much is the cost for adapting my models to work with injection molding? I would need to modify the model because in 3D printing the plastic goes slightly out of bounds and you have to account for it, also there are parts who needs to fit together and i don't know how much clearance you must have in the model (like 0.1mm for example).
