Many engineer love to do some prototypes before to do injection molding, one the one hand, prototypes will help to verify the design and function; on the other hand, they can test productsproperty. Recently, one of our UK client send an email to tell us they need a quote both for rapid prototyping and injection mold. Here are the details: 

1. I'd like a quote to prototype the parts on attachment. 

2. The quote is for:Prototype tooling for these parts. It does matter if it is one single tooling with two cavities or two toolings, whatever is cheaper; 

3.Inject parts using the prototype tooling. Please quote part in two different materials: PP and ABS; 

4.Prototype parts based on the attachment files (3D printed and machined). remarks: 

5. I'm aware that different materials have different shrinkage, so that please consider the mold dimensions for PP, the ABS parts will be a little smaller, but I candle it, the most important to me is to test behavior in both materials. Thanks!
