1. Material: Clear Polycarb (MAKROLON 2407 -Spec sheet attached) 

2. Quantity: 1000 test units Surface finish: Spark Eroded for a Opaque surface except for 2 surfaces which should be highly polished. 

3. Weight sensitive product. Designed in Metric to exact size of final product, so shrinkage will have to be added for mold making. Please quote and confirm that this will be 'moldable'. 

4. There might be a slight change within the next 5 days, but I need a quote for it as is asap, as it will be time sensitive when the product is finalized.
