Many engineers love to prototype the ideas and plan to do low volume production after they have finished their design, that's why rapid prototyping become more and more popular. Recently, we received a inquire of rapid prototyping from our Spain client, here are the details:

1. Hi, I am thinking of low-volume manufacturing of my product, the Night Rider Glasses. For our project by your view it is just like a sunglasses, but it is designed for nighttime driving, blocking the oncoming headlight from your eyes. 

2. It has 5 different pieces to be made. In case I would like to start the manufacturing with molded plastic, it would cost a lot as need 5 molds. But I decided to find a cheaper solution to be able to make some products so that I can test the market and some people if the product works for them also or not. I made 3D printed ones but they are not able to be sold due to their quality. 

3. My question is: Are you able to make me low volume prototypes with perfect quality (or if not perfect, but sellable) product? In the first round I would need 1000 or 5000 pieces. Material is plastic, colour is black, but the "lens" should be transparent black (darkening transparent), surface finish is matte.
