1. Hello Dear Sir/Madam, I need 5-axis CNC machining of a small Blisk and I have a small prototype Blisk that must be made from Inconel718. 

2. I don't want a complete surface finishing and the normal smoothness of blade surfaces is good. (normal milling surface roughness) 

3. I've attached the .STEP file and also a pdf drawing. my requirements for important tolerances are mentioned in pdf drawing. 

4. Other dims. tolerances could be among +-0.06 mm. 

5. So briefly: Part name: Blisk Material: Inconel 718 Surface finishing: normal machining (3.2 to 6.3 micrometer) Tolerances: according to attached PDF drawing quantity: 1 piece
