1. The regular product prototype usually selects ABS material, as the prototypes, made from this material, are easy to process and have a pretty beautiful post-processing.

2.High-temperature resistant product prototype is able to select materials of (1) epoxy resin; (2) chemical wood; (3) black PC; (4) PA (nylon). Prototypes, made from these four materials, cannot be bonded except for the black PC, and need integral processing.

3.Product prototypes with abrasive resistance can select POM or PA. Prototypes made from the two materials cannot be bonded and need integral processing.

4.Product prototypes with high tenacity can select PA or PP. Prototypes made from the two materials cannot be bonded and need integral processing.

5. Transparent product prototype can select PMMA，transparent ABS and transparent PC.Prototypes made from these materials can have an extremely high transparency through polishing and can achieve the same effect as that of the real product.

6. The surface treatments of product prototype generally include surface effects of oil injection, electroplating, scrub, silk-screen, and pad printing. The oil injection effects of prototype include glaze, matt finish, sand finish, transparent colour, non-transparent colour, iridescent colour and rubber oil.
